PTA Act Final with amendments (2006) February 12, 2007

The new, amended Act is here. No it doesn’t say when it was amended, it was just changed in 2006 sometime.
So whats changed? Some stuff about Crypto (using crypto is now legal, wow! Now when you browse a secure web page you are [probably] not breaking the law) , Rights of Way and the Universal Service Fund.
dear, would you like t share the difference in the PTA act, the new one (amended) or previous one. what what you think the new changes with out presentation infront of National Assembly is leagal? being a journalist i am interested on the whole story and =i also like to know the comparison between the two (new and Old).
The linked pdf is quite good. Each change is mentioned in a footnote so you can see what is new, though I have not had the time to check if it is correct. It doesn’t really matter does it? Jis ki lathi, us ki bhanse.
Legal: if you remember the original Act was also passed as an ordinance - so this is not really new.
